We want all our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your merchandise within 30 days for exchange or refund.
We will only accept returns if we have been notified in advance by email sales@thewoolyyarn.com of your intention to return the merchandise. We will reply with a return authorization number by email.
The merchandise must be in original condition, accompanied by the sales receipt and shipped back to the Wooly Yarn prepaid in the original packaging. All refunds will be tendered as per the original purchase. Refunds will be issued once the merchandise has been received, provided it is in original condition. We will not refund any shipping or duty charges. Earrings, tableware and special order items are not returnable.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
