Orders are made through our shopping cart program, by phone or e-mail. No credit card or payment details are held by us or on our servers. Payments may be made online, or you may phone us to arrange payment. PayPal may be used with a credit or debit card even if you don’t have a Paypal account. Card payments go through PayPal’s secure server so your payment information is encrypted and is not held.

Returns
Items found to be defective may be returned for replacement within 14 days. Cut fabrics are NOT returnable.

Classes
We require a full 7 days’ notice before the date of the class or workshop to receive a full refund.  There is NO REFUND with less than 7 days’ notice.  The exception to this occurs if The Wooly Yarn cancels a class.  If we cancel, a full refund will be issued to participants, or a student may have the fees applied to another class or workshop.  You may find another person to take your place and you are responsible to take payment from them.

General Terms
You agree to indemnify us against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of this site or our products or products provided by a third party.
